Our last bathroom remodel job was a complete bathroom rehab. Bathtub replacement, medicine cabinet with a light assembly over the medicine cabinet, combination overhead light/fan, vented outside. Toilet, towel racks, toilet paper holder, vanity, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile in bathtub area, floor tile, new door, and new window. Customer was very satisfied. Customer is planning on having us back in the near future for additional remodeling job in their home.
Our last maintenance free deck was a pressure treated frame 14 x 20 foot deck with nail less composite trek decking, composite railings, hurricane clips, 4 foot sauna tube, concrete stair landing.
In this project, I installed 7 double hung, low e, argon gas filled Harvey majesty vinyl replacement windows with insulated weight cavities, leveled, plumbed, trimmed, inside and out with aluminum coverage on the outside trim. 1 bay window trimmed, inside, out and 1 picture window trimmed inside out. Customer claimed her house never felt so warm.
